Trying to get started and this is the road block I hit... Error box :  Could not call C function: private_load_ AgCore Tech.  I can't (X) out, need to hit: ctrl, alt and delete then end task. What the heck.   Obviously, something went wrong when installing...but what and how do I fix.  Thanks.
