Export LR catalogue and presets and move to a new laptop

Hello. So I wish I was tech savvy. It takes me hours to figure anything out on these programs. I got a new laptop and I cannot figure out how to export my LR classic catalogue and move it to another computer. I have an external hard drive to do it. When I click my presets- show in finder- I cannot find them when I look for them outside of lightroom. Is there a way to export them out of lightroom onto my ext hard drive and move to the new laptop? I just want my lightroom on my new computer! I'm going through HELL trying to figure this out!!!!
