files not listing for import

When I switch to import in lightroom there are no files listed, the drives are not opening.

I think I have not allowed access but don't know how to change it back.

Mac or Windows? Which version of the OS?

Using Mac Finder or Windows Explorer, check the drive and the folders for READ and WRITE access.

Show us a screen capture of the ENTIRE Import dialog box. Use the "Insert Photos" icon to include your screen capture in your reply. Do not attach files.

Thanks, but I think I have resolved the problem by altering security settings.
