flickr plugin returning error message

I have recently started having issues while uploading to Flickr via LR CC 2015.8 on my mac

The error message say's 'Can't update this collection.  Flickr API returned an error message (function upload, message Filetype was not recognised)

Anyone have an idea how to resolve?
