All of my previously imported Fuji RAF files are no longer readable in my Lightroom CC 2015 catalog after updating. Each file now has an exclamation point next to the thumbnail and I get the error "Lightroom has encountered problems reading this photo." I am also no longer able to import any new RAF files. I was able to read files and import before the update.
Please help.

Thanks John. I was wondering if I'm up to date... The Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application shows I'm updated to latest..... Wait a minute.... I have two copies of LR CC 2015 on my computer! I updated my hard drive several months ago and have the old drive still connected. Seems I've been using the old version of LR for a while now. Puzzle solved!

That looks like an old version of Lightroom - I think that's the first version of 2015. The current version of 2015 is: Lightroom version: CC 2015.14 [ 1149743 ]
But since you have a subscription, you should update to Lightroom Classic CC.
