Go to folder in library needs two clicks

Explorer ,
Feb 04, 2019 Feb 04, 2019

In Lightroom Classic, although the first click on "Go To Folder In Library" does highlight the folder, if you have many folders this folder may be off the screen and requires either scrolling around to look for it, or a second click to make it visible on the screen.

This is where I got directed after I searched for bug report. I hoped that Adobe would pick up the comment and eliminate the need for two clicks to show the folder.

If you wish that Adobe does this feature included in one of the next versions please goto

I've got a Mac and a Windows system, and on both of them it works correctly as soon as I select that option.....even if all folders and the Folders Panel are collapsed.

If it's not working correctly for you, it might be worth trying to reset the preferences: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

I agree Jim Wilde , its a ONE click operation for me too.   I don't understand what the OP means by the folder is "off screen"
