How Can I Change the Black Text in Workspace to White? Text is Very Hard to Read

In the LR Classic (latest Version 12.5) workspace, how can I change the text to white in the Develop Panel (or change the background of the development panel to white) to make the text stand out from the background? It's extremely hard to read the dark gray text agains the middle gray background, particularly in the Develop Panel where I can barely make out the adjustments (Exposure, Contrast, etc.). My monitor is properly calibrated and my eyesight is fine. I tried making the font size bigger, but it's still hard to read. And "Large - 150%" makes the windows too big for the screen. This lack of contrast between text and background prevents me from moving to LR from ACR. I can't understand why this isn't an option. Note: A previous post asked this same question, but answer marked "correct" answer was not correct. It said to change "FILL" (background) to white. But that only changed the background in certain panels to white and didn't improve the text color or background color of the Develop Panel.

Problem solved. The test is black when an image cannot be found in the catalog.

(edit: I see this is solved but will leave this answer in place since it illustrates the issue visually)

Black text on dark grey background in Develop panels: usable adjustment labels are light grey not black, and their selected values are full white. But for example when a black-and-white profile is being used, certain hue related adjustments are not available and these do show darker than the panel background - as "Vibrance" and "Saturation" in the screenshot:
