How do I export develop presets from Lightroom Classic CC?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to export presets, so that I can share my develop settings and sell presets.

The methods according to online sources mention right-clicking to reveal the export option or clicking below on the "export" button, neither of which shows up for me.

What you do after right clicking is select "show in finder/explorer". Then just copy the xmp file you will be shown.

Some Lightroom users employ the system for that, similar to what Jao has said above.

I use the Presets tab of the Preferences menu and open the system storage folders that way.
