how to activate lightroom

I downloaded lightroom from creative cloud but it ask me for serial numbers to activate the product. Which I don't find any serial number because I download directly from creative account. 

Another question is that I can't get log in to mobile sync. I guess it might be something to do with the activation of the license.

Anyone can help?
