Jag får mina mejl från Adobe/Lightroom på franska. Jag vistas visserligen i Frankrike under perioder men behärskar språket dåligt. Hur ändrar man detta?
I get my emails from Adobe/ Lightroom in French. Although I am staying in France during periods, I speak the language poorly. How can I change the languish?
Thanks
Tommy
Customers can set up their language preference about Adobe email communication in their Adobe account.
Steps to set your language preference:
You can select your primary and secondary email language. Please give this a try and see if it helps.

That doesn't sound logical, because the OP speaks French poorly and wants to receive emails in his native language (or English?) rather than in French. I don't know how the language of emails from Adobe is chosen. Maybe it's the email address you use (if it ends on .fr you will receive promotional emails in French)?

Then perhaps Lightroom sends location info to Adobe, that is used to determine the language...

To further troubleshoot this, could you share a screenshot of a snippet of the email that you received? Thanks.

Seems like this section has changed and "Preferred Languages" doesn't show up. is there anyway to fix this?

You’ve posted to a very old thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same issue which you are currently experiencing. Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information including system information, a complete description of the problem and step-by-step instructions for reproduction.
In the unlikely event the issue is the same, we will merge you back into the appropriate location.
Thank you!
