Image has barrel distortion on horizontal lines and pincushion distortion on vertical lines.  LR distortion correction doesn't seem to handle vertical and horiz separately.

Lightroom Classic can't do this. Try Photoshop.

Figures.  Ended up using warp in PS.  Is there a tool that works better?

The warp tool is what I would have suggested. I'm not aware of any other tool that can correct horizontal and vertical distortion separately. I suggest posting this in the PS  Ecosystem forum. Perhaps someone their may have another solution.
