I am trying to export my edited images in Lightroom classic but it asks me to

I'm trying to export my edited images but when I do a window comes up saying originals missing for some images. smart previews will be used do you want to continue. When I say yes it wants to export 610 files not only the one that I have edited. I have allowed it to export them since I thought maybe it will stop asking me but when I export my next image it asks me to export them all again. I've never had this issue before can anyone help?

You need to fix the missing images situation.

Sounds like there are two separate issues here. Lightroom exports 610 images because you have selected 610 images, possibly without realising it. And the smart preview question is raised because apparently at least some of these 610 images are missing.
