I can't download LrC

Hi everyone, 

I have Lightroom (Lr) but I would like to get Lightroom classic (LrC), which is different.

But when I try to apply for LrC from my adobe account, a message tell me that the set up is impossible, and that I have to try the 7 day's free test. 

I didn't really understood the message, but I tried anyway by taking the free test. And then, when I apply it suggest me a formula in which there is "Lr and PS" but NOT LrC !

It's really confusing beacause I allready have PS, and I want LrC, not LR which I also already have 

Does anyone can help me to understang, it's not clear at all

How are you trying to do this download? Web browser? Adobe Creative Cloud application? Other?

Sounds like you have the Lightroom Plan subscription, which is for Lightroom and 1TB cloud space only. Lightroom Classic and Photoshop are not part of this subscription. Contact Adobe by phone. You clearly have the Lightroom Plan, like I said. Your best option would be to switch to the Photography Plan with additional 3 TB cloud space, so ask them to assist you with that.
