image not showing in developer mode

the images are showing up in library but when i switch to developer mode it is not selecting and showing grey screen.I have tried turning of the graphic proccesor and restarted it. Even after this it is still not working.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be obtained from the 'Help > System Info' menu item. Note that there a 'Copy' button with the 'System Info' panel. You should be able to 'Paste' the contents into your next forum post.

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
macOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
