Import Error Dynamic Link-Server

Dear Experts,

there is a problem to import video files (.mov, .avi, 3gp, etc.) to Lightroom. The following Error appears after while:

"Ein unbekannter Fehler ist beim Lesen der Videodatei aufgetreten. Das Herstellen einer Verbindung zu Dynamic Link-Server ist fehlgeschlagen.",

means: Something went wrong with the Dynamic Link-Server.

In my opinion this error in Lightroom is not acceptable and till now I couldn't find any solution on any sit of Adobe (... )

I'm using LR 6.7 with OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
