Import Photos Are Greyed out

Hi,

I am using Lightroom CC (8.3.1). From yesterday, when I try to import photos, it is getting Greyed out. I am trying in different way, still it is same. You can see the below screen shot for your reference. When I go to Develop module and click individually, Images are visible, when I move to other, again it get grayed out. Can you help me on this.

I need this support badly...

Try disabling GPU support in Lr Classic Preference Performance tab

Looks like your previews cache is corrupted. Open your catalog folder and look for ‘Lightroom catalog Previews.lrdata’. Move it out of this folder and start Lightroom. Initially all your images will still be greyed out, but then Lightroom starts to rebuild the previews and so you should see them appear one by one.
