Installed Lightroom 6, but when I try to run the program I receive an error: "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has stopped working." Any suggestions?

I can't launch Lightroom.  Receive error: "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has stopped working."  Any suggestions?

Possible it is a problem with the GPU acceleration setting in LR.

Hi BARIII,

Please update the graphics processor driver from the manufactures website, restart the machine and try using Lightroom.

Also, you can provide the crash log error : Photoshop Elements Editor Help | How to Find Crash Logs on Windows

The newest driver is not always the best. Sometimes previous versions of the graphic driver will working better.
