Is a guide to move my catalogue and all my settings to a new computer ?

Hi i'm in the process of building a new computer with a fresh copy of Windows 11. So basically i'm going to have to reinstall everything from scratch. Is there a guide to follow to bring / backup Lightroom Classic, and all of my settings and presets to the new computer ? I think a lot of the preferences and presets are typically in the c: drive / installation folder of the application, which won't be coming over to the new computer.
