IMO Lightroom-Classic is "better" for PHOTOS.

If you are talking about videos, then yes, Just about anything would be better than LrC. LrC is not for editing video.

We can not compare these two great photo editors with each other. Many people use InShot photo editor while others use Lightroom to edit their photos. Both APKs have their own pros and cons. You should try both of them.

Here, simply better means which app have more premium features available to use for free. Better UI/UX, loading speed, templates, filters, effects, fonts...etc.
