Is this upgrade real?

Using LR v6.9 and today the Adobe Update Manager tells me I should update to v6.10, can anyone suggest what's going on here?

Lightroom 6.10/2015.10 is the most updated version of Lightroom, refer the download link: http://swupdl.adobe.com/updates/oobe/aam20/win/AdobeLightroom-6.0/6.10/setup.zip
