Hi all.. I have a random issue, and I CANNOT figure out when and why it is happening. I am trying to drag and drop images from a wedding so they are in the order I think best. I am shooting on two cameras so sometimes a few images are out of sync. The problem is that the images I am dragging.. and dropping, do not drop in the right place and as a matter of fact and entirely different image ( usually within a few frames) are dropping there and they are even more out of order.
I am using LR classic, on ios Mac ventura13.5, all up to date.
I have an editor that color corrects images for me, and then I use "import from another catalog" to add them back to LR. I select the "edited" photos only and try to drag and drop to no avail.
I have googled this for months and cannot figure out what is going on.
Any help?

Also, if you have multiple shooters, you can make sure the cameras are better synchronized by using the edit capture time option in the metadata menu on the images from one camera that is out of sync. This works well if you have a good idea of how much they are out of sync. Just select all images from that camera and hit edit capture time. Shift the time from the top most photo (use "Adjust to a specified time and date" by the time difference you know and all the other images will be shifted by the same time difference.
