If you are asking how to remove a hard drive from your Library, then right click and Remove the folders on the drive from Lightroom. The drive itself will no longer be associated with your catalog.

Do you mean if there is an option to "Disconnect/Eject" devices from Lightroom? If so, There's no such option.

You can eject external device from the operating system itself.
