LC 14.1 update is not launching in my laptop

I have updated to 14.1 but now LC is not launching.  The OS is Windows 11 Home and build 10.0.0.22631.

Anybody with the same truble, could you help me

Is it already running in the background?

Use the Windows Task Manager to check for that.
