Hi @marcel_6547, welcome to the community!
You can check if your camera lens is supported by visiting this page:
https://adobe.ly/4n0MARO
If you’ve seen the lens profile appear before but it’s no longer showing, it’s worth checking the file format you’re working with. Lens profiles are only available for RAW files, so if you're working with JPEGs or other formats, that could be why it's missing.
Thanks!
Alek

@Aleke ,

first, thanks fot your reaction.

i works only with raw files and than i go to jpeg.

i had called with Adobe in the Netherlands and they said to me that i must call Canon for a update.

Strange

but can i the up-date  deleted and the goback to the last one?

i didn't see my 100 mm macro is usm and also the 70-200 f4 is usm. My creative lens Helios is also gone.

but my 17-40 f4 is avable .

hopely came it back on the list with lens profiles. what i don't understand is why par example the list from apple i phone and ipad so big and the real lenses not aviable.

Hi @marcel_6547,

Thanks for sharing those details and for confirming that you’re working exclusively with RAW files. I can see you’ve already done some good troubleshooting here, Marcel.

Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like your Lightroom installation may not be detecting the correct local lens profile files. Let’s go through a few checks and next steps that often resolve this behavior:
 • First, take a look at this discussion, which covers similar reports of missing lens profiles and possible causes:
https://adobe.ly/4obfK1Y
It includes details on verifying profile paths and ensuring Lightroom isn’t filtering the profiles by mistake.

 • Ensure you’re on the most recent version of Lightroom Classic. Adobe regularly updates and refines the lens database, so it’s important to stay current. You can check and update using this official guide:
https://adobe.ly/47BpCv8

 • If the profiles are still missing after updating, reinstall Lightroom Classic from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. This refreshes the built-in Camera Raw lens profiles and can restore any that may have been damaged or removed.

Also, please check if your camera lens is still supported by visiting this page:
https://adobe.ly/4n0MARO

Once you’ve tried the steps above, please let us know if the profiles return or not.

Best,

Anshul Saini
