Lightroom 6 Serial number issue

I bought the Lightroom 6 From Adobe online shop and I received the serial number amd the download. While installing my serial number was revoked. I was asked to wait for 24 hours for my credit card payment to go through and it has been more than 24 hours. My serial number is still revoked. What should I do.

Do you have a serial number  that start with 1160 and has only numbers?

If not, you may have a redemption code: Redemption code help

Is it an upgrade? Then, at one point you have to enter the serial number of the old LR version. Make sure to not mix it up.

Can you post a screenshot - with blanked out serial - of the message appearing?

What is your OS?

Does LR currently run as trial version?

Check with your CC company about why the charge for LR CC didn't go through. Normally it doesn't take 24 hours for a vendor, Adobe, to check with a buyers CC company about making a charge.
