I am having trouble with Lightroom adjustment brushes not displaying in the drop down menu when I click the brush. I can't find the skin softening brush or teeth whitening brush or any of the preset brushes I purchased and drug into the file after downloading them into local adjustments presets folder. I see the them in the presets folder but they are not in the drop down menu when I choose the brush. I am operating in windows 8.1.
Are you clicking on the TEENY-TINY double arrow for the Drop-down menu?

Hi beckyd,
Once you click on the adjustment brush, change the effect to Teeth Whitening, also you will see other brushes as well. Refer the below screenshot & article.

They do not show when I click effects either. There is only post-crop vignetting and grain options that show.

I finally found the TEENY-TINY arrow. Thanks! Sometimes it takes me awhile but I usually catch on !

Crickey! You and me both, have been caught out by the quirks and foibles of the Lightroom interface. Those tiny triangle arrows for menus and options are everywhere- and often hard to see- Especially that dark grey (black) one on the Adjustment Brush panel that collapses the sliders and shows the "Amount" slider.
