Lightroom catalogs are in One drive. I need to get them out!

A tech came in to set up my computer so it backs up on one drive and a Nas system.

Unfortunately, he did not know Lightroom does not work properly when it is in the cloud or on a NAS backup.

The previous community member told me to copy the catalogs to a different location.

I tried copying the entire "pictures" file to a safe location, but lightroom would not start from the new location.

There are two catalogs I use all the time.   Do I just copy the .lrcat files only or do I have to copy the other files as well?  Or do I cut the files to move them?

When is it safe to eliminate the files from one drive and Nash after the catalog has been copied to another location.?  It appears the backups are in the one drive cloud as well.

I have copies of previous catalogs in the pictures file, as well as photos I have posted to instagram or have printed.  Do I need to move the instagram and pictures folders to another location as well?

I took some screen shots for you

My computer should be saving everything on C:\users\onedrive\documents ....  .  Files are then copied to the Nas and One drive. from this location

The lightroom system info also tells us the picture file is suppose be going to C:\ drive.

When I click on the pictures folder on the C drive, I get notice of a shortcut to one drive.   When I go to One drive, I find the catalogs.

Could you please provide step by step instructions on how I can clean up this mess

One last thing.  When lightroom is in file mode, the boxes on the right appear to be bleeding.

For a few hours I could use the develop module, but it was painfully slow.

I am not sure if all of the attachments are useful, but it seems to me that everything is all over the place.

Just to clarify:  My working copy of the Lightroom catalog is on One Drive.   There is a copy of it on NAS.

The scary part for me is that the Catalog file is supposed to be in a folder on the C drive.   All the addresses for the catalogs and backups show the same address.   When you go to that address to see the catalog files, you come across "shortcut to Pictures (One Drive)".  The catalog and backup files have been forward to one drive. There are no files relating to Lightroom in the C:\ drive location.   What will happen if I move the catalog files from one drive considering the shortcut and how do I do this safely.
