Lightroom causes Windows 11 slowdown

Hi. Lately I have updated from Windows 10 to 11. From this moment Lightroom Classic started to extremally slowdown my PC when it's running in the background. Even browsing the internet in Chrome is difficult, when LR is idling in the background. I don't know why, because in task manager CPU usage is under 20%, RAM usage at about 45% and disk at 0%. Although, editing in Lightroom is almost the same as on Windows 10, maybe just a little bit slower. So why is Lightroom causing slowdown of system and other running apps?

My PC specs:
i7-9700K
48GB RAM
RTX 2070 Super

It definitely wasn't resource problem. It looks like that I managed to fix this problem by... reinstalling Chrome. I don't know how and why it worked, but now entire PC runs very smooth with LR and Chrome opened at the same time, like it was before on Windows 10.

EDIT
I think it happens only when Chrome and Lightroom are running at the same time. When one of this isn't opened, Windows 11 works mostly smooth.

Apparently Chrome is still a bit of a resource hog, although you might want to verify your copy is up to date. Supposedly Google has worked on that. So running LrC (a known resource hog) and Chrome at the same time (especially if multiple tabs are open in Chrome) can slow you down
