Hi,
I recently have trouble using my Lightroom Classic on my MAC.
Everytime I open it, and I try to either import or delete my photos, the program will just suddenly close.
I notice I only started having this problem after importing the latest batch of photos which ended with some of them having that exclamation mark which says metadata missing. I tried to delete those photos but I can't seem to do that.
One time a message said my catalog is corrupted and needs repair which I did, but the problem still persists.
I tried to uninstall and relaunch and update a few times but still the same. Seems like it is probably more a catalog or photo issue than the program itself
What else can I do?? It is frustrating to pay for monthly subscription but not being to use the program at all.
Thanks.
Regards,
Julian

Please try switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue
Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Create a new catalog and work with that, see if it behaves, if so, research on how to migrate broken catalog to working catalog.
thus will probably involve Photoshop Lightroom Classic CC catalog FAQ

Thanks for the suggestion. I can't even create a new catalog, it crashes even before I can do that.

Try this to create bring Up a dialog allowing you to create a new catalogue while attempting to launch lightroom

You should try resetting the Lightroom preference file as described at How to set Lightroom Classic CC preferences
If above doesn't work, then I suggest you submit the crash log files as described at Submit a crash report for Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Make sure that you also include your email address when sending the crash logs
