Hi I just loaded up what would seem to be the new 13.0 version of Lightroom Classic to do some editing while streaming on Twitch and the performance seems to have taken a BIG step backwards. I normally edit my photos without GPU acceleration as if I have it on it will cause OBS to soft crash (stop encoding and sending any frames) or worse as I encode my stream using NVEC (My 3080 TI Nvidia GPU). So I am forced to turn off acceleration if I want to be able to stream. Normally the performance is not great but it is useable but today it is appalling taking anywhere from 5+ seconds (often over 30) to load any image and most changes are far from real-time. In the past, it has been normally only about 2 or 3 seconds at most for most things to happen. It is not like I don't have a beefy PC too with an AMD 5900x CPU with 32 GB of RAM which neither are being used more than 50%.
So all I can think of is that there must be something not working great in the new version.

Similar performance issue. CPU jumps to 30-40% and memory keeps increasing to over 90% when in Develop Module, even if I am doing absolutely nothing, except keeping an eye on CPU and Memory percentages.
Symptoms are similar wheter I use the integrated GPU or the add-on GPU.
Things were working fine before the "upgrade" to V13.
System is HP laptop Envy 15-ep1 and has i7-11800H (2.3GHz); GPU 0 is integrated Intel UHD; GPU 1 is NVIDIA RTX 3050.

I think there has been a 13.0.1 version released and at least while streaming yesterday, the performance was much much better and possibly even better than it was in 12? It would be good if there was a way to see what changes were made when looking at version numbers in the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
