Hello,
since I updated my Lightroom Classic to the newest version this spring there have been several issues. However, the most challenging has been that the black & white presets are not working correctly, but changing the tones of the subjects (people) to a bit lilac, light blue or strange beige. I was left with one functioning preset. This problem disappeared for a while last month, but now it's back and I have a few pictures where none of my b&w presets are working anymore. I was able to get a few with normal tones. What could be the reason, and how can I fix this?
Kind regards,
Johanna

To add, also the background can turn into a beige tone.

I would have a guess that you Graphics card may be causing the symptoms. Here are a couple of suggestions to try-
1) Turn 'off' the Graphics Processor use in the LrC Preferences > Performance.
2) Update your graphics drivers from the OEM. (Windows updates do not always get it right.)
3) Check for problems with your Monitor screen Profile as detailed in this link- MONITOR sRGB PROFILE

Your GPU driver may be out off date or you haven't got sufficient VRAM. Please paste a copy of the first 30 or so lines from 'System Info'. You can obtain same from the LrC Help > System Info menu item as shown in attached screenshot.

Can you post screen-clips that indicate what you see?
For this brief "beige" description you give, I strongly suggest a check of your monitor profile.

We don't see your screen-clips! (Full LrC window preferred.)
Insert them into your post by clicking on the 'Landscape' icon above the text window-
You "checked the monitor profile". Was that by setting the profile to sRGB and restarting the computer?
The GTX 1050 (depending on version) may not meet the requirements for AI functions to work fully. (but I do not have expertise on GPUs to offer more helpful advice.)

"the recipient's mailbox is full"- I have never seen this message. Is your screen-clip a JPG or PNG that you can 'insert' by a click on the 'landscape' icon? What if you try clipping a smaller area of the screen that shows the color cast with a B&W preset?
"how I could send it to you" Best you can 'Insert' or try the 'Attach' icon below your post window.
The Black&White Presets- Are they Adobe supplied or purchased, or created by you? Can you attach a preset file to a post for us to test?

Still no image shown (or attached) in your posts. (New to the forums?, you may be limited.)
A quick look at the Archipelago website for B&W presets- it states- " based on our own custom creative profiles"- Did you also install the Profiles (as well as the Presets)?
For the prices that Archipelago charge I would expect you should get some support from them for problems with their 'presets'. Contact Archipelago.

Thanks for screen-clip. (Not possible from a phone! )
Strange that you are still seeing desaturated colour, and I do not have an answer.
Reading your earlier post "I would guess the issue has something to do with the AI-features" I am not sure what you are referring to. Most Develop Presets have nothing to do with "AI" but are merely slider adjustments in the Develop panels.
And what do you see if you use an Adobe Profile for a B&W effect? (Not a Preset)
I can only suggest you [Reset] an image then apply a preset, then check every panel to see the adjustments that have been made. Including the 'Preset Amount' slider, Color Grading, Calibration, Saturation, Profile, etc.
And if not already tried, as is often suggested for problems, reset the Preferences file which if corrupted can cause all sorts of problems.
