When publishing 2,000 photos with the zenfolio publishing services. It will publish 10 photos over to the zenfolio gallery and then I will be prompted with "Can't update this collection. Could not connect Zenfolio. Please check your internet connection". My computer is fully connectred to the internet and my lightroom classic is running the most updated version. I have reset the app, and I've cleared my brower cache. How do I fix this.

Are you using "Zenfolio Classic" or "Zenfolio New"? Make sure you have the most recent version of the plugin (from Friedl if Classic, from Zenfolio if New). If that doesn't help, you'll need to contact Zenfolio.

I have the exact same problem to the letter with one additional headache. When I clear the error then republish, I have to cancel duplicate pop ups for every photo that did happen to upload. I'm using the new version of Zenfolio with the latest updates for the plugin. I was really counting on this publishing tool to speed up my workflow and save me hard drive space.
