Lightroom Classic cannot sync

Hi, my sync has been stuck for many weeks already.  How do I resolve this?  I have tried the usual "rebuild sync data" many times but it is still stuck.  What else can I do?  I'm on Lightroom Classic version 10.2 running on MacOS Big Sur version 11.3.1.

Try going to lightroom.adobe.com and delete the missing images there. Sometimes that will re-engage sync.
