In LR classic CC on a MacBook Pro, I set up a slideshow per the instructions on the website
I click "preview" and I may get one of the frames to show on the screen (it does note "showing 1/11 frames")
I click "play" and the screen is black.
I turned off all overlays in case I was getting black on top of all.
Same result
If I export to video, the slideshow exports, I can view it in a video viewer, and it is fine, so the data seems to be there, I just cannot display it either in preview or play
Hi philshaffer,
Sorry that the slideshow is coming out blank when you preview or play it in Lightroom Classic CC. Which version of Lightroom Classic CC are you using?
Could you please uncheck "use graphics processor" under the Preferences> Performance menu in Lightroom and let us know if you're able to preview/play the slideshow?
Thanks,
Akash
