Running Lightroom Classic on Windows 11, I am not syncing to cloud or currently using Lightroom Mobile.  Recently Lightroom Classic leaves background process running after exiting (visible in Processes Tab of Task Manager).  So to reopen LR Classic, need to first kill the left over process or restart Windows.  Have tried resetting preferences to no effect.  Catalog is optimized. Program seems to run ok, and everything else seems to work fine.  Any ideas out there?

Just seeing this now, as I was about to post another (related?) issue.  First, the Task Manager screen shot.

Now, second issue is re. AI Masking --  very extended times (3 to 7 minutes instead of seconds in past) to select subject or select sky.  Have tried with GPU Auto and Off.  No difference in behavior.  Cannot roll back GPU Driver because recenlty upgraded to Win11 and there is no roll back possible.  Occasionally correct behaior returns, but I have no idea why.

Here is main System Info,   Note, it still shows Win10, even though upgraded to Win11 some time ago (related?).
