Lightroom Classic Top Header Bar question

New Here ,
Oct 26, 2017 Oct 26, 2017

I have spent some time trying to find an email address or a phone number to tell the Lightroom Classic programmers.  When I go to the Adobe website, I get into the infinite loop that says contact support, then they put you into the menu options that lead you to the self help options and nowhere is an email address or phone to get help.

So I am posting this on this discussion page in hopes they see it.

On the top (white) bar on the main lightroom screen they left out some items that used to be in the "old" lightroom.

In the upper right corner, the Minimize, Restore, and Close icons are not there.  They still are there in Photoshop.  I use the minimize and close often.  They need to  be put back.

Does anyone know how to get to a "real person"?

Ed

the Minimize, Restore, and Close icons are not there.

Press [SHIFT+F]  to toggle through the Full Screen options. One of these will show the icons.

In general, there are real persons here in this forum. I can't confirm everyone here is a real person, but I think most of them are. They sound like real persons with real experiences and real knowledge.

You will not be able to contact Adobe programmers. They do not give out their phone numbers.

If you'd like to report a bug to Adobe, which this probably isn't (see wobertc's answer above), you can do so at https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/categories/photoshop_family_photoshop_lightroom
