Please assist me here. I cannot export from Lightroom classic. I uninstalled version 11.3.1 and installed 11.3. Still getting the same error.

In your image attached the setting “Limit file size to” 2 000. Was it the intention to be 2000, why is there a space?

Hello, Lightroom does this, there was no space used. I also tried using this with no limit.

Further info .... I opened the photo in PS and did an export .. no issue.

Make sure you've granted LR full disk access:
Mac OS 12.3.1 has changed something in its security that is tripping up LR.

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.
