Lightroom Classic won't update

I am unable to update Lightroom Classic. I have tried all the recommended solutions, but I keep getting the message of error 146. This is all the more incomprehensible because updating until now (version 13.4) always went smoothly. And updating Lightroom CC, Photoshop and Photoshop beta also goes fine. I am getting desperate.
What could be the problem?
I use MacOS Ventura 13.6.7

I was also running Ventura and at first it would not update..So I updated to the latest version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app,(not sure if I was on the latest or not but tried this anyhow) by first removing it using the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller utility.  Then I downloaded and installed the current version of Creative Cloud desktop app.  then it worked. You said you tried all solutions, did you try that?

Thank you, but like I said: I’ve tried all the recommended solutions, also those named in your reply.

Perhaps you could contact Adobe Tech Support, as I doubt people here have any deep insight as to what Error 146 is above what is in that article.

No, I didn't try that.

But now I did and it worked! Thank you so much. 👍
