hi my lightroom is working ,but its on my external drive and how do i move it to hard drive,nothing works

How and why did you install it  on your external hard drive?

What do you mean by "its on my external drive"?

Where is Lightroom installed? (Should be on the normal install drive.)

Where is the catalog located? (Could be internal or external drive, LR does not care.) 

You can use Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder to move the folder as you desire.

The original images can be on any combination of internal drives, external drives, or network drives. Use Explorer or Finder to move folders as desired. Then do a "find missing folder" in the LR Folders panel.
