Do you have a subscription? Specifically the "Photography Plan"? (NOT the Lightroom Plan)

Are you Signed in with the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 14.0, Photoshop 26.0, ACR 17.0, Lightroom 8.0, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.0, Windows-11.

Are you signed in with the Creative Cloud desktop app? Open Creative Cloud and click on your avatar in the upper right corner. Click on Adobe Account to view your account with a browser. Does it show that your account is active and Lightroom Classic is included?

This is what my account looks like.

That's odd. I'd try uninstalling Lightroom Classic and then reinstall it from the Creative Cloud desktop app.
