I have adobe light room 5.7.3. When i try to install light room crashes. I have windows 10 Pro x64. Please help me.

Please confirm your version number of Lightroom from the Menu > Help > System Info... Copy and paste the top few lines of the info.
There does not exist a version 5.7.3
The highest version 5 number was 5.7.1
If you are trying to use v7.3 then any Classic v7 is for subscribers only.

If you upload the problem preset to Dropbox or similar and post the sharing link here, we can see if it crashes our LR. This will narrow down where the problem might be.

I am having the same issue. Just spent 3 hours rebuilding my catalog, figured I would import presets and now it crashes every single time I open Lightroom. Running 1.4.

Are you running Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, or an older version of LR (e.g. Lightroom CC 2015 or Lightroom 6)? "1.4" is the version number of Lightroom CC.

If the program runs long enough before it crashes, please do Help > System Info and copy/paste the first ten or so lines here.

I've confirmed that the crash happens only if I open the Presets tab and the "Loading New Presets" progress bar is displayed. It crashes about halfway through the bar.. Here are my details:
