Lightroom Interface

I had to reinstall all my apps on a formatted computer. I lost my preferences. I am trying to reset them. I changed the interface from small to large and it is too big. I want to change it to medium but I can't save the changes because the interface is too big for the screen and I can't scroll down to do it. Adobe live chat is closed a lot during my time zone day time and I need help to get the interface right please

If the dialogue box is too big for the screen, and you can't reach the OK button, the Enter key ought to work.

What OS are you running? Is this a mac? If yes can you pull down the menu under the apple in the top right and open system preferences from there?
