Lightroom not finding my camera just PMHOME

My lightroom suddenly when I plugin my camera is only pulling up PMHome when i plug my sonyA7III in. It doesnt show any photos when it does this either. I've never had this happen before and I have no idea how to fix it as its normally pulled up my camera as an untilted tab but now its the PMHome.  anyone have this issue and know how to fix it?

Please post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the entire LR window (not just a piece of it) so we can see what you're seeing.
