You do not have a dedicated GPU with ample dedicated RAM available.
You will not see a performance you like with this integrated GPU.
First, please update the GPU driver to the latest available version: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-window...

thank you
I downloaded the latest one from the link. Now the Denoise program works, but the image flashes when the program processes it.
Another problem has also appeared that I haven't noticed before.
When I open an image in developt mode and double-click the image (with the right mouse button) to enlarge it, the program crashes, the image disappears and the entire screen is replaced by white, some parts of the image remain visible in a few places. After waiting, there will be a notification about a Windows problem where you can close or continue the program.

In addition to you integrated video controller issue, you apparently are syncing your catalog with the cloud to OneDrive. That is problematic, as bandwidth or communication issues across the WEB to/from the OneDrive servers can foul LrC performance up. Do not involve a LrC with the cloud in any way.
This is a common issue with members that use a MS account to logon to their computers.

I have not connected LRc to the cloud service. The problem still persists and I can't use Denoise. I suspect it will damage my computer. No problem with Tobas' software.

A Windows PC, So a Shutdown vs a Reset are very different in terms of flushing out crud in RAM. CACHE, etc. Most people probably just shutdown at the end of the day and never reset (unless MS does that during a OS update)
hmm, not sure if your Video Control Driver update would have called for a restart
Have you tried resetting the PC and seeing if things improve?
(to understand Restart vs Reset, search the web on Windows Fast Startup)
