Previously whenever I made adjustments to a raw file then chose "edit in photoshop" the adjustments I made would show in photoshop. Well today just randomly it's no longer showing any lens corrections that are made. I hadn't closed the program and earlier in the day it was showing edits. I had this issue with CS5 and LR 5.7 but then it was determined it was because the camera raw was unable to update in the older versions. This is the main reason I signed up to the cloud so I didn't need to edit the photo in another "plug in" then back to LR then to photoshop just so edits would appear. I've been unable to find an answer hence why I posted. It makes no sense to me that earlier in the day it was fine and now it's not and nothing changed.

All edits should be included in the export that goes to PS. How do you know the edits aren't showing up. Can you post a screen shot of the image in LR and then the PS window showing the same image.

Yes I'll include a screen shot. I know the edits aren't showing up because I don't see them. The vignetting that this lens has is still showing even tho I corrected that as well as the vertical and horizontal and other normal things that are corrected via "lens correction

I just tested this using a Fuji RAF RAW file and all edits I did in LR transferred over to PS 2018 without any problems.
When was the last time you restarted your computer?

I restarted it after this trouble started which was earlier today. I also reset all preferences and I still have the same issues. I've tried various files too when I used different lenses and same issue

Just for a test try exporting a files with edits to it as a TIF file and see what happens.

I exported it as a TIFF to the original folder then reopened in PS and the edits show. I'm not aware of how to export to PS directly though as a TIFF. I just noticed though that now for some reason some of the lens profiles seem to be gone. They are correct in LR such as the one above was Canon EF 24-70 2.8 L . I went to do a lens correction in PS to see what would happen and that profile is not there. It has a "24-70 2.8 II". My lens is the first version. Also the other profile the 50 1.8 is no longer listed in the drop down menu. Even if I pick the 24-70 2.8 II it says "no profiles found". I'm quite perplexed. This would I be the reason why the lens corrections are not transferring but how did the profiles disappear when nothing was done previously to warrant that? And it does say that my camera raw is current.
