Photos in Ps beta 25.7 have a cyan cast. Non image elements on the screen like tools, are neutral white. In the non-beta release 25.5.1, there is no cast. In Lr Classic 13.2, there's a similar cyan cast in Library view, but in Develop view, the cast is gone, except the thumbnail view at the top left is cyan in the Develop view. In Ps beta, the opening screen showing Recent files opened, does not have a color cast. When a pdf is opened as transparent, there is no cast, but adding a while layer makes the cast appear. I can wiggle the degree of cyan in Ps beta by tweaking the color settings, but images are still on the cyan side. Is this a program bug for Adobe to work on, or can I do something?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Some additional information: Now images are cyan in Ps 25.5.1 too. They are also cyan in Br beta. I tried non beta Br, that I haven't opened for a while, and images appeared without a cast. Then a window popped up "What's new in Bridge". I closed that window, and all the images immediately got a cyan cast.
I opened some of the same images in the cloud version of Lightroom, where there was no cast.

Your graphics driver is slightly out of date.
Udate to the latest studio driver from here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/221007/en-us/
If that doesn't make any difference, you probably have a defective monitor profile.
As troubleshooting, and as a possible temporary fix, try setting the monitor profile to sRGB. (use Adobe RGB if you have a wide gamut monitor)
If this fixes the issue, you should ideally calibrate the monitor with a hardware calibrator.
This will also create and install a custom monitor profile that will be more accurate than sRGB.
With Lrc and PS closed, press the Windows key + T, type colorcpl in the box and press Enter.
Add the sRGB profile and set it as default.

Thank you! I set everything to Adobe 1998, as most of my photos use that. I had to add it to Advanced in colorcpl. Now everything looks relatively normal. I have an xrite i! Studio to calibrate again. I have 2 monitors, a Dell U2723QE and an old Samsung, and both had the same issue
