The Lightroom catalog itself cannot be on a network drive. It must be on a drive that is local to the computer running Lightroom. Images can be on the network drive.

Is the folder that the catalog is in marked as read-only?

Google translation: Lightroom can not open the catalog named "catalog chaten 2017" located in the volume "SAMSUNG" because Lightroom can not save changes in this location.

Lightroom catalogs can not be opened in network volumes, removable storage or read-only volumes.

The error might be saying there is a permissions issue with the volume -- "Lightroom can not save changes in this location".  There have been infrequent reports where LR thinks it doesn't have access to external volumes.  I know one person solved this issue by changing the permissions of every folder and file to "everyone has read and write access".    I think you're on Mac (you didn't say, but from the appear of the dialog), and I don't understand how Mac deals with permissions, ownership, and external volumes.

If it's not a permissions issue, it may be that OS X thinks the drive is removable, and LR is a nanny and doesn't want you to store catalogs on removable drives.  ("Removable" = flash drives, cards, etc.)  You can see if OS X thinks the drive is removable by opening Terminal and typing this command line:

diskutil info SAMSUNG

Then look for the line "Removable Media" at the end.

Why don't you copy and paste the output of "diskutil info SAMSUNG" here -- that will remove much ambiguity.

I think it's not a problem of permission, he works without problems before upgrading to Lr CC Classic

The drive is formated as Windows NT (NTFS), which by default MacOS can read but can't write. Do you have a third-party NTFS driver installed (e.g. Paragon NTFS)?

Also, please open Terminal and type this command line:

diskutil info SAMSUNG

Copy and paste the output here. That will tell us more about the volume, including whether it is removable.

The screenshot is showing that SAMSUNG is read-only (not writeable):

This is very likely what is causing LR to think the catalog is stored on a read-only volume.

1. To write NTFS volumes on MacOS, you need a third-party driver, e.g. Paragon NTFS.  Which such driver do you have installed?

2. Can you copy files and folders to the volume using Finder?
