LrC crashes when using the export dialog

Since the weekend, LrC crashes when I try to export anything.  I am at rlease 12.2 running Windows 10. I also noticed:

- my identity plate just has my name and no formatting

- there are no options to edit identity plate

It appears the catalog got damaged, but I can't see how, or see anything that looks funky.  Tried to optimize the catalog and that worked, but still crashes. Is there a tool to rebuild a catalog?

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

No crash dialog... Just BOOM and gone. I get the Microsoft unhappy face and a crash dump, but the LR code goes away too fast for me to capture it. It is not instantaneous, and has gone maybe 30 seconds before going black.

That sounds more like a Windows/Hardware crash than a Lightroom crash. Have you reviewed the Microsoft events to see what is crashing?

Two likely places to review are Video Driver and Memory (failing).

I remembered that I updated my NVIDIA driver on Sunday.  Had to rollback that driver (release 531.18) and it seems to be working.  I didn't check there because that has never happened with their drivers before.  The driver that works is release 527.56.  Thanks for your help.
