LRC Sign in Cuba

I cannot sign into LRC in Cuba.  Apparently I am signed out because I am in Cuba.  How can I sign in to LRC?  Help

Adding a VPN would work, but we installed Windscribe which let us connect to Creative Cloud and open LRC.   Appreciate the info about Adobe's availability glogally from this community.
