What is this problem?  I can open the image in Photoshop 2025 and all the AI functions seem to work, but I am wondering if anyone else has seen this.  Windows 11 Pro, Intel Core Ultra 9 285K, 96 gb RAM, 2 TB M3 C-Drive, 64 bit OS.
